Where is Ebony?

When I pull new crystals, I never see the Ebony in roulette. What is happen?

    Why didn't you saw him there, thats up to you. Either you weren't watching or he didn't appeared.
    Either way, there is no problem here

    I think there is always new hero in new crystal's roulette in 1min, but today is no new hero there in 10 crystals.

    He's in there. The Reel is just some of the possibilities in the Crystal, not all. It's just an animation. One of my guys pulled the 5*. He's there.
