Alliance Quest Map Crystal Reel Missing Fullly Formed Catalysts

I just noticed that we now have a spinner reel when you spin Alliance Quest Map Crystals. I spun out 9 x Map 4 crystals and there were no fully formed Basic or Class Catalysts displayed in the spinner reel.
Normally I dont pay much mind to what is displayed as it usually means nothing. But last week there was the same issue with featured champs not being displayed and it turned out that there really werent any featured champs in the crystal.
Can Kabam confirm that this is just a visual bug and that fully formed catalysts are actually in the crystals?
