Yes. I know it doesn't make a difference, but I know from past experience that sometimes Kabam forget to add the hero, but doesn't always tell us (close to deception on their part).
I remember there was one time with the 5* crystals that they forgot to add the new heroes, and there was an uproar, then they fixed it. It's just if no one says anything, they usually brush it off and don't compensate.
