Bugs on Vision age of ultron special attacks

in Bugs and Known Issues
How come special attacks of vision do not affect magneto and civil warrior... Plus his survivability is the weakest compare to all the champs. no revive or self-repair. Compare to ultron who has practically everything yet both are robotics

    They aren't bugs. Read the abilities of Magneto and Civil Warrior.

    And Why doesn't his Power drain trigger against the Collector? Gwenpool might bei immune to powerlock but not to power drain, I've watched a video on YouTube where the analyzer fought the collector with his OG Vision and he did quite well so I thought lets give it a try with my AOU Vision and it didn't worked at all.... is this a bug?
