Havok chest beams is more or less like Ironman's Arc Reactor...
But, it shouldnt move according to his body shape...
Kabam, is it working as intended...?

    its not only the champs menu, Even its same when fighting animations too

    Its supposed to look like that. Its energy emanating outwards in all directions from inside of him, not a light on his chest.
