Cant recieve quest items

One of the dungeon quests requires you to get a friendship crystal for 1,000 dungeon artifacts and 15,000 gold, I recieved and opened a friendship crystal with the friendship bonus and it wont allow me to get the rewards, am I doing it wrong?

    I think you need to go to a dungeon room with an alliance mate or friend in your list.

    I got the other crystal for dungeoning with other players but not with ally mates yet. hth

    I just had the same problem, I did 6 rounds with an alliance member and got a friendship crystal but I didn’t get the challenge with the 1000 dungeon shards. I don’t know why I didn’t get my reward
