Should i wait for solo events to level up my champions?

As above.

I got a 3* Symbiote from a PHC and have a lot of cosmic ISO stored. I was wondering if i should just level him up now or wait for the solo events?

    I only level up during the solo event. It is a great way to net extra units and extra 4* sig stones.

    Absolutely yes! I only open, rank or level during these and am over 300 4* sig stones currently. It's way worth it to be patient, plan it out and stop once you've hit the final event milestone.

    No point going for the ranked reward for solo events?

    Unless you can do 4 times the milestone points, the rank rewards are poor.
