  I would suggest you start exploration completion for Act 5.
  
  As far as rank-ups go, I would do Corvus and Blade first (can do Star-Lord if duped)

  When you are done with exploration of 5.1 I suggest you to go for 5.4
  
  Im doing it right now. There are some hard paths but I found 5.4.1 and 2 really easy
  
  The rewards are really nice and worth it
