How to get 4 star OG vision

I know you can buy the 5 star OG vision deal every time it drops and that's the only way to get him but I was wondering about how people get the 4 star? Is there a similar deal? Or was that the equivalent of the 5 star deal back in the day?

    as far as I remember there were 4* vision deals during the time where 5* champs were new to the game. And there was a rediculios 15k unit offer where you had to buy the 4* Vision to get the next level of the offer to buy a 5* Vision.

    The most recent 2-Star to 4-Star offer was April 2018. I did not include the follow-up 5-Star offer in image below.

    It was equivalent to a 5 star back in the day. When I got mines, it was 500 units to get the 3* version and after that, it unlocks the ability to purchase the 4* version for 3500 units, so 4000 units in total needed. My 4* 5/50 sig 99 OG vision sometimes does better than my 5* 4/55 sig 60 OG vision because the synthesis is a lot better.

    OG vision's special 3 is average at best, for me it's the special 2 that does the most damage. The 4* does decent damage but as you probably know, OG vision's speciality isn't damage but more to power control. For me he's the best power control champ in the game.
