Can't complete chapter 4

I don't have good enough characters. My best is a four star moonknight who needs ranking up and I don't have enough catalysts. What should I do? (BTW I am level 22)

    Wait Chapter 4 of what or do you mean Act 4 are you Uncollected if so amazing for getting there at such a low level
