Which champ to r4? Emma, VtD, or IMIW?

I got all the 4th offers and now have 12 T2A and 6 more in my stash.
I will be taking my unduped 6* Corvus to r2 I believe, and then have the option to r4 another champ (well more than 1 of course but I don’t want to use them ALL right now)
Emma is R3 duped and sig lvl 40, IMIW is R3 duped at sig lvl 50, and I just pulled Venom the Duck the other night and heard he is a blast to play as. I don’t have a cosmic gem anymore as I used it on Hyperion that I r5’ed, so VtD would be unduped for the time being.
What are your thoughts?
