Who to level up?

So I just started Act 4. I have full exploration up to where I am now. I currently have lots of ISO and gold to spend but want to put them to the best use I can. In preparation for Act 5, and as I progress through Act 4, who do I put these resources into for leveling up purposes. I have the following to work with right now. A 5* Thing and these 4* characters: Spider-Man (Stark), Green Goblin, Venom the Duck, Agent Venom, Ms. Marvel, Unst. Colossus, Quake, Wolverine, Emma Frost, Rocket Raccoon, Spider-Gwen, Ultron, Beast, Groot, and Drax. I'm sure you guys get these requests all the time, but I would really appreciate any direction you can give. Thanks in advance, Schnitz.

    @Schnitzeraffe I don't have Thing, Venom the Duck so I only know what people say about them. Anyway, here is what i would do.

    1. Straky - Max him. He will be useful throughout the whole game. (Not just Act 4 but also in Act 5 and more)

    2. Quake - Do you know how to properly use her? Can you master her playstyle, then go right ahead and max her out. She will be very useful in the long run like Starky.

    3. Venom the Duck - I only have him as a 2* so I don't know too much about him but from what other people say about him, he hits pretty hard even though he depends on RNG.

    4. Emma Frost - I won't say much about her. she is like all-around pretty good champ both def and off side.

    5. Wolverine or Spider-Gwen - Wolverine has always been one of the best regen champs and Spider Gwen hits really hard and will be useful in the long run as well but I don't know which to recommend. Choose whoever you feel comfortable playing.

    6. Thing - I know he is awesome in defense but I don't know too much about him offensively. You decide.

    7. DRAX, Ms. Marvel, Rocket, Green Gobs, Ultron - They are all decent. Again, whoever you like playing better.

    In your condition so lucky to get 5 star thing... In your list best chams are thing, emma frost and spider-gwen. And goblin's madness also a great option

    5* Thing and 4* Wolverine and Venon the Duck for sure... Invest as much as you can... Regen champs were my first option while I was progressing.

    4* Spider Man (Stark) and (Quake) are also very good options... but if you get hit they will die faster than Wolverine and Venon the Duck.

    But I don't have used her since her update. All I know is she is very good now.

    OK guys...

    I just nabbed a 4* Spider-Man Symbiote from a Homesick crystal. :/

    Does he rank any higher than the other previous recommendations?
