Help Button

Am I the only one that has issues getting the Help 4 button to work? Sometimes it helps one at a time, other times it doesn't do anything but shows it depressed.

    Come on Kabam. Give us a help all button. This is stupid.
    I’ve recorded a video of trying to clear all the requests, but I don’t know how to upload it here. I press the help 4 button and nothing happens. Sometimes it helps 1. Usually it will lag the game too.
    When I have 200 requests every time I log on, it’s tedious.
