Starky crits less often at same poise level

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have noticed for the past week or two that Starky is critting less often even as he builds poise. At 6 or more poise i felt as though 3-4 crits was common. Now it is more like 1-2. A friend of mine noticed as well and crit damage maybe affected as well. Is anyone else seeing this?

    Probably a stupid question, but is he above 50% health? Assuming you know how his sig works, but that's the only explanation I can think of off the top of my head.

    Thats a fair point but i notice it at all health levels. I also asked around and others are seeing a lot less crits in general across all champs. A friend also mentioned Corvus doing less damage on his crits

    We need someone with videos of current crits-to-poise ratio versus past ones. It's hard to call something a bug when all you got is feels like. I'm not saying it hasn't changed just that you need something a little more concrete.

    Most likely just unlucky
    But check out if u were above 50% health
