Sentinel's health regen?

Sometimes when i play with my sentinel i notice i regenerate a small amount of health but the strange thing is i read all of his abilities again and again but nowhere it mentions about health recovery and since he's a robot it cant be masteries, so what triggers it? Could it be a bug?

    using an SP3 once will give you an armor up passive, using an SP3 again in the same fight will burn that armor up to instantly gain health :)

    Are you using a 6* Sentinel?
