I am going to complete Variant 1 but there is still a question that bothering me. I read that I will get 1 3->4 rank up gem for completion. Is that for 2015 champs only or for every champs?

    For completion you get a class 5* r3-4 gem which can be used on any champion of the class you draw. Full exploration of variant 1 or 2 gives a class r4-5 gem for anyone in the class you draw. Now, for each chapter exploration you get a class 2015 r3-4 gem as well. So yes for initial completion of all 3 chapter of variant 1 or 2 you get a class r3-4 gem you can use on anyone. Hope that clarifies. Also shows this if you look at the rewards for quest completion/exploration and each chapter completion/exploration.
