(Actual issue) missing sinister foes rewards

Each chapter you explore in sinister foes you get 500 four star shards. When you explore the act, you also get 500. I explored it and should have gotten 1000 from exploring chapter 3 and exploring the act but i only got 500.

This image shows it, i explored the act and got a t4 basic and everything else for exploring master but only 500 shards when i should have gotten 1000

    1 completion in all quests gives you 500 shards.
    1 exploration in each chapter gives you 500 shards each (total of 1500).
    So total is 2000 4-star shards. You got them all

    By exploring that quest i am exploring the chapter and the act. Each chapter gives 500 for exploration. The act gives 500 for exploration. That equals 1000. I only got 500

    Wait no i didnt realize it was act completion and not explore nevermind lol
