    Uh... No she doesn't. She is amazing without Synergies too. If you have enough T2A to rank up 2 champs, then that's a heavy yes on Medusa from me.

    She was my first r5 and I get so much usage out of her, she crushes AQ, so much of acts 5 & 6, and is still a viable war boss (or mini-boss). 100% no regret, would do it again in a heartbeat.
