Looking for new alliance - Map 5/4

Hi all. Looking for a new alliance but with some caveats...

1) my availability fluctuates during the week but I will always complete paths.

2) ideally an alliance that offers map 6/5/4 with flexibility

3) option to dip in and out of war because of reason 1) above

I’m GMT and 567k hero rating.
