    I have a 5* R4 sparky and he does not disappoint.

    -But to be honest Namor is good in a lot of match ups if you have him at a high/Max signature level. But even if you don't, you still don't miss out on the Dmg, although if watch Namor game play you have to wait for sp3 then outrage mode then manage your power in said mode to maximize Dmg. If there is tranquility or any other power lock node then your really screwed.
    -Sparky as of my personal experience he is a bit of a glass cannon and you need to be very careful when building poise charges, although against aggressive AI's its very easy and if you need just have him awakened he'll be Criting on every hit at 10 poise.
