Maxing lower level Champions

I just thought it might be a good idea to give boosts to higher star champions that have maxed out lower star champions in their collection. Example: a 5* Spiderman gets a boost if the summoner has one or all maxed out spiderman 1-4* as well? It would give incentive to level up all lower level champions.

    Not a good idea imo, o don’t want to pull a 6* Corvus and he’s worse because I didn’t r5 my 5* Corvus

    I'm not saying make them worse, I'm saying give a perk of some sort because you leveled up the others of the same champion. So if you did lvl up your lower star champions, it helps the higher star of the same champion. Or if you have lower star champions you have an incentive to lvl them up.

    Idk it might also make defenders more annoying if kabam do this they can make korg give damage back on champs like omega red. So what they can make champs better in attack but it can make defenders even more annoying in defence
