Stuck in a Quest (need advice)

So the thing is I'm stuck in Act 5.4.4 and I already have used a team revive and I don't wanna quit. Could you possibly tell me if there's a way I can get units and revives without me leaving the quest so I can complete it.

    If you dont wanna pay, you can easily get units from the first few milestones in arenas. Also maybe you have some battlechips stashed, which could be used to open arena crystals which have a decent chance to give units.

    Arena and cash are the only ways to get units without waiting for ages

    Alliance quest gives you some battlechips every day, i get 6k every day from there, so you may get some luck and pull Units from there!
