Looking for upcoming players/ retirees

Hi,
We’ve opened up a second alliance being run by the same core officers via second accounts and are looking for upcoming players and any retirees that was somewhere extremely relaxed and no pressure.
Our aim is once full is to run 432, giving a nice range of lower map crystals.
Wars are completely discretionary once were completely up and running, likely will be 1/2 BGS
For those up and coming, you will also benefit from being able to speak to some extremely knowledgeable and experienced players about anything game related, which champs to rank, how to deal with certain fights etc
Line chat is preferred by not necessary
