Souvenir shop bad design no refund

Having the homesick crystal in the souvenir shop and having it be the only thing that costs units as opposed to S.H.I.E.L.D markers and be buried in the rest of the items is bad design. What is even worse is when accidentally purchased when trying to use excess markers before they expire and not getting refunded for it is even worse. I’ve seen a few other threads about this but no response other than locking the thread. They have since removed the crystal from the souvenir shop which is essentially admitting it was a bad idea and has caused them headaches but no refunds. I think another thread said it best....”trickery.”

    It is still available for purchase in other areas. So it’s still “needed” to be purchased there as much as any other area.

    It’s pretty clear that it’s units if you pay attention... plus if it were 100 markers instead of units, they would be valuing a crystal pretty low. It’s kind of obvious unless you’re intentionally being obtuse...

    They didn’t remove the homesick crystal from the souvenir store it expired along with the hall passes; same timer.

    The price was clearly displayed in units and if you accidentally purchased them with units you could/could’ve contacted support to potentially have your unopened crystals refunded.

    P.S. please show where you can currently purchase the crystal.

    If someone’s buys it and opens and expects a refund it’s their fault, and shows they should read instead of complaining about their own mistakes
    I never remotely said that I opened them. That’s you jumping the gun. I’m completely aware of the hypocrisy that that involves. I’m focusing on the poor design and layout of their options and that other people have complained as well.

    Facts? Which ones? What about the fact that the unit symbol and denomination was literally on the purchase button. You’re the one that initiated with the claim and assumption of “trickery”
    And at least one group complains for a legitimate reason rather than finding a reason to complain :]

    Sadly you are heavily mistaken and keep going on with the assumption thing I havnt denied that i made a general assumption (which btw I admitted to it)

    And you still going on with the assumptions aren’t you? Huh must mean something if I already addressed it and you keep going at it
    I don’t get it. I already admitted that that assumption was wrong even when I first made that assumption. I thought you got that. Especially since it was just an assumption. Just like yours and that it was equally as valid.
    Anyway. I never once said that it didn’t display the correct currency used to purchase the items, my
    complaint was that it was a poor design to have an item that cost units (the only item that cost units by the way) be amongst an entire store that is made up of markers. In all other store items things that have different currency are segregated and not inter dispersed. Defend them all you want. It’s still a design. Bad enough design that multiple threads have been opened about it. Some acknowledgement of that would be appreciated.
