Moved out of my home country

I moved out of the USA to the UAE. If I buy Google Play Cards here, they will of course be in the local currency. Will the game automatically covert my purchases? Or does Google Play do the conversion? Need info please.

    I think you should be seeing the offers in the currency of the region where you log-in.

    We only chose our region at start of game. I've been playing since day 1 and I've already chose region to my country.
