    Casn you clarify the question? You lose half your health if you timeout in AQ or AW, it is a feature. A better question is why are you attacking a champion with all the link nodes up at class disadvantage.

    Nothing unfair about it, it is part of the rules and you know, or should know the rules going into the battle. This happened because you chose to go in gun ho, and fight a fully linked mini boss at class disadvantage. Good job on almost winning, but not very wise to do that.
