What's going on?? Three times it's crashed

Twice I've lost my arena streak and another midway through an AQ. Guess I'll just cop that on the chin, are you going to be offering some kind of compensation?? or a 30 minute timer for AQ?? My alliance and many others have lost a lot of time from the service disruptions and maintenance.
