Angela - worth it?

I pulled a 4* Angela from a 4* crystal before crash and wondering if she's worth taking to rank 4. Any thoughts?

    Not so worthy.i hv her .her signature abilty sucks not always working,however her hits do pretty much damage.so go on ur risk if u want to rank her

    Love play her and she does really good dammage. Just know how to play her. Every attack can hit for like 2k

    I have her at 4/40. She is A bit complex but you always want to be between one and two bar of power with her. If you can keep this up, during that time she hit with around 2k crit on Light and 3k plus crit on medium. Also heavy has 100% crit so that also hit Hard.
    In General if played correctly she can hit at least the same if not harder than drax

    Mines 5/50, super heavy hitter and her 3rd special does serious damage, I mean loads.

    As long as you do it with active buffs your gonna deal some hefty damage, also her heavy guarantees tons of damage too
