My team is really good same with my masteries but every time I play my team ends up biting the dust when nearly done and units are hard for me to get and don’t say grind arena
Should be other way around - one point in dexterity and maxed parry. And it's one thing to have them unlocked, and another to be able to use them consistently. You don't want to grind units or spend to buy them, then you must get perfect at parry and dexterity at very least to never get hit
Grinding arena really is the answer, assuming you're not a big spender. 1) Units & Gold from Battlechips 2) Champion crystals from milestones & rank rewards 3) Practice Practice Practice

well... at the level the OP is at in progression, I don't think a player would need to be at the level where 'you never get hit' is required. A player just needs to be able to parry most of the time when the opponent dashes in, remember to keep blocking for a bit in case the parry doesn't work, and dex specials and heavies.
Learning parry and dexterity is not easy. It's not the hardest thing in the game to master, but it's not something you're gonna learn overnight. Practice is key. And the same thing with your champs, to a degree. For example, Omega Red can be amazing, but you need to play him a certain way; staying close to the opponent and getting that degen from his heavy. You can definitely play any champ the same as any other one, but if you want to get the most out of certain characters, you'll have to learn their playstyle. There are a LOT of videos on lots of specialised champs, including the ones shown on your team preview. In terms of your units, are you doing Beginner and Normal regularly? I'd recommend completing both difficulties for the units, and 100%ing at least the first two chapters of Beginner. There are a fair few units to be gained from doing so, and it's not that hard. I wouldn't be surprised if you could auto-fight Beginner; it's that easy.
I'm slightly ahead of you in progression, you can try farming Act 1 chapter 4 quest 4. Inside you can clear the whole thing and find potions and revives all the time, not to mention quest crystals which contain units. It takes about 15 energy to clear once. If you do that a few times a day for a week you're bound to get enough potions to help push you past the point you're stuck, I know it helped me.
@Spellcaster you need higher ranked champs, I'm half way done with Act 4, using 5000 to 5800 rated champs and it's still tough cause the opponents get harder and harder each new part of each chapter. Rank up as much as you can, the higher your champs the further they will get.
