Luke Cage Indestructible, still takes damage

Can anyone tell me why LC is taking damage in war node 12 during indestructible? It has happened to me multiple wars with different defenders.

    When you say with indestructible do you mean it being active, or it being available? The indestructible only activates on being hit, so before he is hit he can still take damage not related to being hit if it is just available.
