I understand you guys went on emergency maintaince for resolving the issues which many wer tooking the advantage...
Fair enough you will take action against them on your own term and condition.
But what about those loyal customer who wer playing and did not took any advantage and they got punished in AQ and by using their portion everytime when game get down everytume...
You are punishing your loyal customer too with the glitch.
we did not do anything so i request who ever had used their item on that day...... it game team job to refund their stuffs back.
please pass this to the game team.

    The emergency maintenances were not related to the Exploitable Bug at all. Please do not believe everything you hear online. Those were literally just game outages, and not something that we had any control over.
