To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. 5* crystal not seeing Namor

I opened 5 five star crystals today and didn’t see Namor in the reel 3 out of 5 times (I let the crystal stop on it’s own).

    It’s been officially clarified on the forums a few times now - the reel is for entertainment purposes only, and doesn’t reflect anything. The champ you get from the crystal is determined the moment you either pop it, or the moment you start spinning it. Good luck hunting!

    But you did see Namor in the reel 2/5 times so you know he’s in there.

    He's in the crystal! The Reel is there for entertainment purposes and don't actually have any weight in the outcome of what you're going to get from the Crystal.
