Summoner Sigil Worth Renewing?

What do you guys think? Personally, I'm leaning against it, as the UC Sigil is mainly valuable to me for the Black Market Store and the 5 minute timer instead of the 6. But even the Store isn't that valuable anymore, when the limits for those items are 2 full weeks.
