Which 5* to R5?

I need some help making a decision as I want my resources to count. Things to consider: I didn’t finish act 5 yet but I’m uncollected. I focus a lot on AQ.

Cap is better for aq but you do t need him at r5 for that, unduped cap just isn’t quite as good as domino

Domino with Red Hulk and Massacre is really good, but even without that, she is a great attacker.
Better defender with sig too.
