Account ban for some reason post maintenance
Hey guys, I just got an account ban for a week post the current maintenance, has anyone else faced similar issue? Is this supposed to be a bug, i’m not aware, but I don’t remember doing anything to warrant a ban. Could I get a clarification for his issue from the game team if possible?

Are you guys playing the "new" EQ?
I am fed up with the changes. Granted I didn't know that big change is coming as I missed the livestream and was not that much active on forums. I usually auto played lower difficulties in my office. Now that option is no more.

Temporary suspension
I have no idea what I did to get the banned I did not break any rules and did not do anything that my account should go under banned. Please kabam look into it I have been playing for 8 years not for once i had this problem after the temp maintainace my account is suspended.

I just got suspended for 7 days for nothing?
I never cheated in the game, never opened bugged crystals or anything. I got suspended for 7 days.. I don't get why. Did anything similar happen to someone else?

Hello kabam I play yesterday monthly EQ side quest and my account is showing is temporarily lock and suspension for 6 days why kabam I didn't use and third party app,not use any mod,any hack just play normal and use money for growing my account

The game
The way the game is now. You have to be at least 30k or higher to compete in any of the events. The strongest guy I have is 15k so I guess I might as well quit. Because I can not compete in anything now.

Do I need to to do a full run to unlock elder difficulty?. That's the only that annoyed me, I don't care if I dont have the same rewards that somebody with 20 rank 4 or with high prestige than me, but have to do a full run on classic quest, yes its do it.

How do I reset monthly EQ?
I started the monthly EQ and then realized the rewards were already locked to my Prestige. I had no idea that would happen right at the beginning. Why wasn’t there a warning to proceed? The rewards only get locked in when you START the EQ, right? I have 8 Titans lined up for the rollover, plus rank up gems, so I'd like to wait. But if the rewards are locked at launch, I'll just jump in now.

Compensation for ban does not cover missing rewards from days missed
Depending on how long this ban lasts, everyone who otherwise would have completed the super daily every day will miss all those rewards if we can’t play. The compensation does not include 7* shards, units, or the 2 selectors. For me that means I’m missing t4 alpha and t7 basic fragments every day I can’t play. So the…

Now that the game is back up, we have a few in our ally that are suspended or temporarily banned while they sort this out. Ok, but that messes up the whole ally for the AQ week if we’re unable to 100% the map. Was this considered in Kabam’s discussion of how to proceed thru this hot mess?
