Kabam customer service is not very smart
They keep telling me I opened the crystals during the wrong time frame to get a 7* but what they don't get is I bought two deals and should've got a 7* and didn't regardless of when I opened them. I have never seen someone so obtuse. @KabamPinwheel

Random errors followed by game crashes
I just wanted to ask how many of you have been getting these and how often? I've been playing the game for 6 or 7 years now and I may have gotten an error like this once or twice in that whole time. However, recently I've had it happen twice in the same week. What is going on? And is this just me?
