Twitch drop issue
I’m reaching out because I claimed the Twitch Drop, but the item has not appeared in my in-game inventory yet. My accounts are properly linked, and I have already tried relinking and restarting the game, but the reward still isn’t showing. Has anyone else not been granted the last 2000 awakening gem shards from the twitch drop? I watched all 12 hours and claimed the titan + rank up gem crystal and i havent been granted the last 2000 shards.

Did not get the Awakening Shards reward after reaching the 12 hours milestone on Twitch
I completed the 12 hours streaming milestone and claimed the rewards. I got the final PRG selector but did not get the final 7S Awakening Gem Shards. I restarted Twitch but could not claim it again. Also restarted MCOC twice but it did not populate.
