I know neutralized is bugged with the bg meta but I believe it is bugged with protection nodes such as ebony knock down and intercept. Knull(unsteady ground tactic)
The unsteady ground war tactic says when the opponent has a unsteady debuff, which the defender gets from throwing a special, they can glance attacks. However, when I was fighting knull with this war tactic, he was glancing hits from the beginning. Does his abyss charges count as unsteady debuffs?

Professor X bug
For a while now I’ve noticed when I parry professor x, there will be times he won’t be stunned. I just fought him in aw and parried him well over 10 times but stunned him once. I read his kit and there was nothing indicating he cannot be stunned.
