The unsteady ground war tactic says when the opponent has a unsteady debuff, which the defender gets from throwing a special, they can glance attacks. However, when I was fighting knull with this war tactic, he was glancing hits from the beginning. Does his abyss charges count as unsteady debuffs?

Each debuff on the attacker gives their attacks a 20% chance to glance. If a sig 200 Knull is giving you 15 living abyss debuffs.....300% chance to glance your attacks.0
