How many threads do i have to make to get noticed and get this issue solved ! Game is now constantly crashing, shutting and pause for few days now and i got no notification from you guys and didn't saw any improvement in game since my first thread about this issue

Game closing all of sudden
This is now 6th time in a day that game shut down while i was in battle in quest, arena or in alliance quest ! All of sudden game shuts down ...and now it's repetitive!!

Sluggish game
Game is pausing for a few seconds in btween game play, fights and couple of time game shut down automatically while in the middle of a fight !
