I am a new player, my strongest champ is a 4/55 5* BWCV. I just awakened my r3 Colossus 5*. Is it worth giving him my mutant sig stones? Or should I wait for AA or Namor?

Medium Attack with no Dash
I've noticed occassionally I'll do a forward swipe and my champion will execute a medium attack without dashing (whiffing and hitting nothing) even though the enemy is on the other side of the screen and did not evade back to get there. What would you do with this roster in terms of priorities? I just became Uncollected so I probably won't make the 1M acorns for 5 star awakening gem but I have a 4 star awakening gem coming up and I have a mystic 4 star awakening not sure who to use it on.
