Hyperion Silent Nerf?
After fighting a Hyperion in AW I noticed that his power gain buffs were coming back after expiring quite slow. So I wasn't playing at the time that the dreadful 12.0 patch released and now I'm looking for answers. Anyone here have a link to the post or could just tell me what happened to the poor souls nerfed away? Thanks!

Carnage Buffs
Will carnage ever receive a buff? He’s my first ever 5* and I have seen and heard he is quite bad. I have experienced this in gameplay as well.
