Options with upgrades
A couple years ago the option was given to upgrade characters by using tickets to downgrade 3 & 4 stars I think there were like 30 tickets for 3 stars & 30 tickets for 4 stars for like a month I think that should come back because so characters are stronger than others so j would rather upgrade them faster with some of the…

I've been playing this game off & on for a while now ( 2 years to be exact) & i want to know what purpose does it serve to play certain events or join alliances or spend money if it's not appearing to be beneficial at all?
