Options with upgrades

A couple years ago the option was given to upgrade characters by using tickets to downgrade 3 & 4 stars I think there were like 30 tickets for 3 stars & 30 tickets for 4 stars for like a month I think that should come back because so characters are stronger than others so j would rather upgrade them faster with some of the catalysts & ISO items I used on weak characters also can the drop rate for special Crystals or even premium crystals change I don't mind duplicates they're cool sometimes however I sometimes want a new character & I can't get them through arenas & if I do get them they're always a 2 star that makes the game boring
