My last 5 5* crystal have been trash, is the featured crystal worth it?, i've seen a lot of opening and im afraid of wasting 5k shard just for loki or iron patriot, please help

First 5* to rank 5
So i'm about to get my first rank 5, and i'm not sure who to rank up, my options are Magik duped Sig level 90, Unduped IceMan and undupoed redhulk. I feel like Iceman is better than Magik in terms of damage output but Magik is duped with high sig level.

About 5* Sabretooth and Archangel
So i got enough 5* shard from the gwenpool event and duped my sabretooth, he's currently at sig level 93, i also have a 5* unduped archangel, other than that i don't have any good mutant champion, who should i upgrade? i don't know when will i fully explore act 5 to get the 5* generic gem so maybe archangel isn't such a…

Who should i upgrade?
so i've got a duped 4* 4/45 quake and an unduped 5* rank 1 quake, should i continue to upgrade 4* or upgrade the 5* ?

I don't know who to upgrade!!!
So currently i have 4 5* and they are: Duped Winter Soldier, unduped quake, unduped task master and unduped ultron, but i don't know who to upgrade, i want to upgrade winter soldier but his PI is so low, i heard quake and taskmaster are good. So if you guys got any advice on who is better please help me.
