Just beat act 8, which 7 star is best to take to rank 2 with the 1 - 2 gem?? I'm leaning towards sunspot but idk

Act 5 Compensation
Has anyone recieved their act 5 compensation yet? I'm missing out on mastery points because of it, and I haven't seen any word on when that is expected to happen. Seems like it was forgotten about.
