I got doom as my 2nd 6*! I’ve never actually used him before, so any tips on him?

Finally completed ROL!
I just completed ROL! Way easier than I thought it would be. I used r4 duped colossus for everyone, void for wolverine and Emma, omega red and juggernaut for their synergies with colossus. I didn’t use any revives or heals because colossus is a tank when he has 20 armor ups. The rewards weren’t the best though.
