S99 is pretty funtoplay his sp2 after a bit of buildup does amazing damage also he places wither with his sp2 which deals with any powergain champ. Haven't played sandman tho so idk (View Post)2 -

He's fun playing with and have a lot of utilities it's a waste to only be able to use him once a month only in side quests. He should be able to get persistent charges by: 1 charge: wins against an o… (View Post)4
