Powerburn triggering through strikers?

Wiccan is actually pretty decent in this meta, neutralize for on attack and armor break immune for on defense. But it makes sense that he be blocked if he screws with iphone users5 -

The Scorpion/Kraven/Agent Venom combo actually makes Agent Venom into a fairly useful character. Highly rng crit dependent, but if it bleeds and burns it dies pretty quick, and if it doesn't, sc…3 -
