Vishanti Crystals 5* DS never showed

So I bought 4 of the Vishanti Crystals and spinned them all the way, 5* DS never showed up in the reel.
I think the crystals must be bugged, if so I'd like my units back or 4 more crystals with the announced 5* hero in them.
Anyone else had the same issue?

    Not true @The_Boss9 , it's happened before when the announced heroes were not included and they had to give new crystals to the ones who bought them.

    Look at Seatin's opening. He didn't get DS, but DS was in the reels.

    Wow I just watched it, DS appeard in 2 of 20 spins. I guess he's in then.

    The reel is meaningless. It's just animation.

    Hey there!

    Just wanted to drop in and confirm that Dr. Stranger is in the crystal! The reel animation at times may not show all the champs, but we can confirm for you here that he is there.
